The
InDorse Core
The InDorse Core serves as
the main logic processing engine to deliver policy-based assurance of
document information integrity and document security. It serves as the
centrally managed but operationally distributed server which integrates
into existing business processes and assures compliance. This
compliance manages users access and work on documents from devices
(desktops, servers, portable drives, laptops, and mobile devices) each
of which run everyday productivity tools, e.g., Microsoft Office,
Visio, Outlook, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat PDF.
The main InDorse Core processes include [physical and electronic]
document discovery; inventory and index of existing sensitive work
product; policy-driven classification, and electronic tagging
(electronic barcode). Additionally, InDorse Core processes provide
monitoring, detection, warning, action and protection. The unique, key
InDorse differentiator remains this electronic barcode, or InDorse
“LockBox,” which delivers certification and authentication of documents
in a portable and modular way. This lock box serves as the “certificate
of authenticity” of ;
Author non-repudiation
Content integrity
Certified audit trail of users possessing the
document
Policies that govern acceptable usage of the
document by authorized users wherever they
may access the document.
The InDorse Core enables and manages this LockBox feature. The LockBox
also provides a Call-Home functionality that will rely on an
organization’s policies to deliver automatic alerts and logs to report
on authorized access and details on unauthorized attempts.
